Enable patrolled edits on Italian Wikiquote

Description

Please enable patrolled edits on Italian Wikiquote so that
i) all autoconfirmed users are allowed to patrol edits and
ii) only admins' edits are automatically patrolled,
as we decided in the discussion above (http://it.wikiquote.org/wiki/Wikiquote:Bar#Verifica_delle_modifiche) and is written in the hel page (http://it.wikiquote.org/wiki/Aiuto:Verifica_delle_modifiche).

Thanks, but we still don't see the patrolled edit feature (recent changes: http://it.wikiquote.org/wiki/Speciale:UltimeModifiche).
Perhaps I wasn't clear: the feature was (and still is) not active on it.wikiquote.
