(look for User talk:Politics rule).
It also shows up because of pages like
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hedyscepe&redirect=no
which link to [[en:Taxon]] via a redirect sorting template. The backlinks for Taxon show numerous examples of the problem.
