Patch to add --server command line parameter to define $wgServer variable

Sometimes command line tools fail to identify correct wiki URL used as &wikiurl; property in RDF dumps, this is usual for MW command line tools, because $wgServer is being auto-detected from CGI environment variables.

Script can take --server attribute (similar to generateSitemap.php script).

Patch attached.
