Allow image description pages from Commons to translate content

Description:
Commons uses a template {{information}} to describe images. It has fields 'Description', 'Source', 'Author', 'License', 'Date' etc. Users on non-English wikis would like that when they see a Commons image page on their local wiki, they can see these labels in their own language.

First I tried replacing in the template the word 'Description' with {{int:Description-label}} and then putting [[MediaWiki:Description-label/de]] with the desired German contents. And although it worked on Commons when I viewed the template with uselang=de, it didn't work on de.wikipedia when I viewed a "fake" image page there.

If, when the fake image page was requested, it also was sent with a suffix 'uselang=localcontentlanguage', then I think this would work.

thanks.
