This would be *very* handy for the Incubator, because we work with prefixes (which form subpages). Currently pages are deleted per bot, but as not everyone has a bot, it would be very good to have this in-wiki.

This is probably a fine feature to have, but the problem is one of reversibility. Nearly all actions in MediaWiki are designed to be easily reversible. So you'd have to figure out a way to get Special:Undelete to be able to undelete all subpages. And that would be pretty tricky.
