When editing, there is a user preference for "Mark all edits minor by default". There should be a corresponding preference for uploading, to have "ignore any warnings" ticked by default. (Warnings upset workflows, e.g. in bots and external upload tools.)
Specifically, a way to ignore the MediaWiki:Large-file warning.

For a media archive as Commons, MediaWiki:Large-file is really silly; we can safely assume that people don't /accidentally/ upload huge files but in fact do so purposely.
I think I'll have to say WONTFIX on this. If the warnings are _wrong_, they should be fixed. They should only be shown if they're important, and if they're important they shouldn't be ignored.
If the default file size limits are absurdly low, that's a matter of raising them to appropriate values. :)

Not providing it and forcing people to process the warnings may actually lead them to complain about inappropriate ones --> eventually leading to more appropriate warnings.
