No automatic redirect on image pages

Description:
When inserting a redirect (#REDIRECT [[...]]) on an image page, the redirect is not executed automatically.
The image page is recognized as "redirect page" and shows the bent arrow, but you need to click on the internal link in order to jump to the target page.

Implemented in MediaWiki 1.13alpha. Duping this bug.

This appears to be a complaint about the new restrictions on redirects from the image namespace.
