Finally we have managed to make new usable translation. I'll try to upload it as
an attachment here too. Supposing the old revisions can be seen from the
history, all other wikis should be overwritten to use the new translation
(wiktionary,wikibooks,wikiquote).

As before, UTF-8, removed html from the summary and unnecessary array from the
beginning

The file with this patch didn't even compile due to numerous errors (missing commas,
incorrect quoting), and the convertGrammar function would completely destroy any
input word. Please remember to test patches prior to submitting them.
I've committed it to the HEAD and REL1_4 branchs with some changes so the file runs,
and removed some redundant code.
The new Languagephp broke the linktrail functionality. The patch is tested with
local installation of mediawiki, as brion suggested. My apologies of the hassle,
i'll test new versions always first myself from now on.
