I discovered this on Uncyclopedia, and the horizontal scroll is a real problem. Block expiry seems to have no limit, block reason however, has a 200 character limit.

So, you're saying we shouldn't use binary in block reasons? Honestly now, that's crazy talk.

The bug report is about primarily about reducing the length of block reasons to 200 characters. What is actually used in the reason is up to the respective community.
