Watched pages after they are moved become unwatched

Description

When a watched page is moved, it registers on the watched pages list. However after that all other edits are not registered. This should be fixed.

One way to fix this would be to have the (optional) ability to watch redirect pages and the page the redirect redirects to.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

Renaming a page should not remove it from watchlists; users normally want to watch pages, not titles.

The new and old titles are both watched, and should be working fine.

And... it works fine for me (tested on en.wikipedia, both normal and enhanced RC)
