Description

Replacing these classes with ids would greatly improve scripting usability. Since there is only one list of this kind on one page, it would do any harm.

typo: "wouldn’t do any harm"

It would be even better if a div with id encloses the ul and the preceding MediaWiki:duplicatesoffile p block.

Same should apply for the "no usage" message.
