Description:
My preferences on all Wikimedia wikis are currently stating theat my global account status is "All in order!" even though there is still one wiki where I can't use my global username.

I first reported this at: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help_talk:Unified_login#All_in_order.3F
One of the users who replied stated that they were experiencing the same bug.

This bug could cause problems for bug 13507's fix (r35997), as certain accounts won't be marked "in migration" when they should be.
