Ok I was confused because I was redirected to the Dutch page which initially looked correct but had the Drupal thing as well.

The old donate.wikimedia.org site is obsolete:

• the forms have been replaced (again) with the forms on wikimediafoundation.org
• internal reporting has been replaced with our CiviCRM installation
• external reporting still isn't really set up

The old forms have been taken down to ensure that only the new forms are being used, which contain the proper config for sending update reporting to our current CRM. Unfortunately that resulted in the drupal installation there giving up and displaying the "new site" message, which is confusing.

For the meantime, I've replaced all of donate.wikimedia.org with a redirect to the current english donation form entry page:
