Question about hotlinking statistics

Description:
There is a proposal to disable hotlinking for all Wikimedia projects brought up at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Meta:Babel#Proposal_to_disable_hotlinking, and we were wondering if there was any way to bring up info about hotlinking. Sorry if this isn't actually a "bug".

From a technical viewpoint, this would seem to be implementable by changing lighttpd configuration: see http://trac.lighttpd.net/trac/wiki/HowToFightDeepLinking
