Now that we have SUL, people like me will be doing a lot more logged-in editing at a lot more wikis where they might have previously edited anonymously. So they will have a lot more talk pages which people might leave messages at.
Therefore, enotif is more necessary. I think it should be enabled on all wikis by default, being turned off for the top 10 or so as the devs see fit.
