No, you have the 'patrolother' right, that lets use patrol semi-content pages (as defined) that are not fully reviewable. This is by design.

But why can an Editor patrol edits in not mainspace from an other user?

Sorry, it's 'review' not 'patrolother' that lets you do this. 'autopatrolother' auto-patrols edits in non-reviewable mainspace.
