Mass-unassigning shell bugs from myself to Rob; I used to do them once, but I
don't have time for them any more.
Not sure why this is assigned to me, as far as I can tell, this extension isnt used on any of the cluster wikis, so it cannot go on to the cluster until it has been reviewed by the code release manager (Tim Starling)
