Description

Following bug 15146, it would be nice if Special:Log/Username worked the same as http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&user=Username

Perhaps also allow Special:Log/protect/Username ?

Subpage param is already used for the log type

Special:ListUsers has / had the same 'issue'. r39269 created a compromise solution that would work here as well.
