Hi,

Page history feeds such as http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spec_Keene&feed=atom&action=history contain the edit summary as the contents of the feed item. This is unuseful because the edit summary is already in the feed item title.

The contents should best be a diff view, the same as the RecentChanges feed.
