Please revert [[rev:40020]], it caused a wide range of errors in Chinese Wikipedia.

Because of the Language Converter, when a title doesn't exist as a page, it will check if there is a page with a "converter title". If true, it will replace the original title with the "converter title". But after [[rev:40020]], the system seems get drunk, using an unrelated title to replace the original one. For example:

http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:PhiLiP/temp4

The source code was <code>[[联邦]][[User:PhiLiP/temp4/中國]]</code>, but it displayed as <code>[[联邦]][[联邦]]</code>. Which "User:PhiLiP/temp4/中國" is a "converter title" of "User:PhiLiP/temp4/中国".
