Install the Cite special page on it.wikibooks

Description

Hello. On many wiki there is a Special:Cite page which allows users to cite pages in the wiki.
We would want this feature also on it.wikibooks.
See http://it.wikibooks.org/wiki/Wikibooks:Bar#Pagina_per_farci_citare

We already have the other part of the Cite extension (support for <ref> tags). We only need the special page.

Thank you!

Does this make sense for wikibooks?

Special:Cite?page=Chimica_per_il_liceo would return a permanent link for the table of contents, but all links to the chapters of that book would point to the *current* version of the chapters, not to the cited version.

Well, it is not the best for books, but it make sense for modules. As now there is no way to get a permanent link of an entire book
