Description:
The Nostalgia skin has an upload item in the dropdown menu which lets users access the upload special page, but other skins provide that function as an upload link. The link has the advantage that it can be middleclicked and be opened in a new tab or window. However, with Nostalgia users cannot open the upload form in a new tab or window that easily.

As the upload function is used very often, perhaps the upload functionality should also be provided as an upload link somewhere out of the dropdown box. Maybe under the page text, or above it. This will enable users to middleclick on it and open it in a new tab or window, so that Nostalgia uploaders are not disadvantaged compared to MonoBook uploaders who already can middleclick.
