When [[Special:OldreviewedPages]] is transcluded in a page and then viewed by someone without 'unreviewedpages' right, the 'permissionrequired' message is shown, which is a) ugly, b) could possibly cause some weird cache issues and c) causes the api to fail when the page is edited (by someone without the necessary right).
Probably a special page, which can't be accessed by everyone, shouldn't be transcludable at all. (Related bug 15757)
