Description:
The users of Korean Wikisource (http://ko.wikisource.org) has reached consensus regarding its official Korean name: 위키문헌.

The discussion was begun in 2006 (http://ko.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:%EC%82%AC%EB%9E%91%EB%B0%A9/%EB%B3%B4%EC%A1%B4_1#.EC.9C.84.ED.82.A4.EC.9E.90.EB.A3.8C.EC.A7.91_.EC.9D.B4.EB.A6.84) and the community waited more than two years waiting for opinions. There are currently four users supporting 위키문헌 and there is no opposition. The last opinion regarding the name was presented by User:Hibm98 on September 24, 2008 (http://ko.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:%EC%82%AC%EB%9E%91%EB%B0%A9#.ED.94.84.EB.A1.9C.EC.A0.9D.ED.8A.B8.EC.9D.98_.ED.95.9C.EA.B8.80_.EC.9D.B4.EB.A6.84). Since we have given this discussion more than two years and waited again for further opinions for more than a month, we the community including two admins (User:한동성 and User:알밤한대) concluded that it will be appropriate to make a request of name change, from the English name Wikisource to the Korean name 위키문헌.

As an admin of the project, I want to request the change of the project name (from Wikisource to 위키문헌) and the namespace (again, from Wikisource to 위키문헌).

I have changed the project name, as well as the MetaNamespace to 위키문헌 as requested. However, I do not know the proper translation to create the MetaNamespaceTalk. Would you please provide the spelling for that as well?

I have also provided namespace aliases for wikisource and wikisource talk into project and project talk, so any english users navigating around should have an easier time of it. (Also nice for folks who type in the old page names and the like.)
