Per local consensus at http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Votes/pl-2008-09/Whitelisted_users_autopatrol please enable usergroups "autopatrol", "patrol", and "rollback"; enable sysop access to UserRights; and restrict sysop use of UserRights to add/remove "autopatrol", "patrol", and "rollback".
