Description:
Hello, please add the block-options, like "anon only" to the global block log
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/gblblock
like in the local ones

It should show if the IP was blocked anon only or hardblocked.

Please also consider bug 15273

Block options is kind of an overstatement: the only global block option is anononly.

As said, it should show if the IP was blocked anon only or not, how You call that does not matter (please feel free to change the title), but it does matter a lot if it was blocked for logged in users too or not, thus it should be shown in the log.

many thanks
