With the current updates of flaggedrevs.php, the line
$wgFlaggedRevsTabs = true;
in dewiki settings got lost.
Now people start getting confused, wondering who stole their tabs ;)

Added it back in and synced it out. You should see your tabs now. If there is a problem, please reopen this bug.

Sorry, I misspelled the setting in my post above. Actually it has to be
$wgFlaggedRevTabs = true;
