Special:Search encodes colon from prefixes in navigational links

Description

If one makes a search usinng an operator+colon (e.g. "intitle:search terms"), and then click the links (e.g. 500 results) that encodes the colon in the url and the search returns nothing.

This doesn't happen anymore, but I don't know which change did fix this bug. I'll keep it open and let someone who knows the revision number to close it.
