Description:
Quite often a user behaves in a way that's not directly trolling or vandalizing, but about which one still wants to talk. In most cases putting a remark on the user's talk page would work, but there are also users that seem not to react to such remarks. I think it would be useful to have a special kind of block, to be offered as an option when blocking them, which says that the block is automatically lifted when the user visits their own user talk page. Alternatively one could have the block lifted when they edit that page, in wikis where such editing is allowed to (most) blocked users.
