This does not appear to be possible, since the messages (spamprotectiontext and spamprotectionmatch, corresponding to The text you wanted to save was blocked by the spam filter.\nThis is probably caused by a link to a blacklisted external site. and The following text is what triggered our spam filter: $1) are entirely part of core, and are added in EditPage::spamPageWithContent - *maybe* once T157658: Factor out a backend from EditPage is done it'll be possible to have more specific messages, but for now its not really.
