Just recently a vandal discovered a new hole - redirects of the type

#REDIRECT[[de:en:Image:Autofellatio.jpg]]

go directly to the image, without showing the "redirect from" or anything. IMHO
such redirects should not work at all.

This can't even happen on WMF wikis, as interwiki redirects have been disabled for quite some time
This is actually expected behavior. IW prefixes can and should be followed to their final destination. See bug 1719 comment #5
