Description

In a recent commit message, I wrote "checks, à la LinkBatch". CodeReview seems to render that as "checks, ?\195?\160 la LinkBatch". Clearly, the non-ASCII character "à" is causing some confusion.

Yep! Added to codereview-proxy in r45013 and re-running the revision metadata imports now...
