There is a success message when you get there - I'm not sure how this is confusing, or why it should change.

It's a matter of loading a large block list for every unblock. It's simply not necessary and it's poor behavior. It should be changed to have _only_ a success message and perhaps a link to all other current blocks.
Agree, this needs to be changed or not made the default behaviour.
For tabbed browsing when undoing a large tract of blocks, having to load the IP blocklist after each tab may cause the browser to stall.
Waste of bandwidth, too.
