Special:Protectedpages should differ MediaWiki messages

Description

On Special:Protectedpages, MediaWiki messages are currently marked as protected. Since this namespace is protected entirely by default there should be some different group for that (say "in protected namespace") or they should not be shown at all.

These pages are somehow protected in the DB, not by settings. Prolly an artifact from a time when MW: pages could be manually "protected", maybe by accident.

Some maintenance script should be ran to clear these out I guess...
