With bug 15498/r45362 the timestamp at special:contributions get links to the revision.
Please do the same for special:newpages to link to the first revision of a new page. consistency to history and contributes, who used this format; must not used the history to have a look at the first revision

I have a new patch attached, which did the same than the old patch, but against the current trunk
