This page is completely garbled:

The same template in another wiki only has he tabs ("edit" "talk" etc) misplaced:

Whether or not the problems are related, is unclear to me.

What exactly is the problem on mkwiki. Nothing is jumping out, and it certainly isn't garbled.

On arz, I do see the disconnected tabs at the top though.
