Looks fine to me.
If there's still a problem please provide more information, such as a description of what you expected to see and do and a detailed
comparison of how that differs from what you actually see and can do.

Beside "historical category membership" mentioned at comment 2 the url contains
also templates (which might have changed in the mean time; see bug 851). The
"historical revision" of the page in the category namespace is shown in the
"actual" context.

I would consider that a feature request, then. It would certainly be useful.
MediaWiki features (rendering, special pages etc.) are mainly focusing on
relations between "actual" objects (page titles, new / deleted pages, new /
expanded MediaWiki features etc.).
At bug 851 comment 6 Brion stated "Not implementable." In my opinion this
applies here as well.
