The position of the captcha box on the signup page (above the name, password etc. form elements and above the language chooser) does not make any sense. The captcha help text is localized, so the user should see the language chooser before the captcha; and the name etc. fields are simply more important - captcha is put to the bottom on every user interface I have seen so far. It should be moved between the text fields and the checkboxes.
