mediawiki:securepoll-too-few-edits
should use PLURAL for parameter $1.

I tried to fix it, but it's not really easy, as it seems,
and might cause side effects, since a core subroutine would
have to be amended.

Adding i18n keyword

Works for me, and the message already uses PLURAL in most languages. I assume it was fixed at some point.
