Judging from your reply I don't think you understood the request, it's not a
proposal to replace the current logo with Smallbug.png, not to replace the
Bug.png on the MediaZilla main page with it.

In that case, this is definitely a WONTFIX.
This bugzilla carries the MediaWiki logo because it's MediaWiki infrastructure.
