Hideuser irreversible in edit histories

Description

Unblocking (or reblocking without hide) a user who was blocked with hideuser enabled does not unhide the relevant edit history entries (it does unhide other log entries).

Are you able to restore Pathoschild7's edits to [[testwiki:Sandbox]]? I just blockhid the account, thereby hiding its newest edits, and still cannot restore them by either unblocking or blocking with hideuser disabled.

I'm not a sysop there.

Are the edit usernames restricted from admins too?
