English Wikinews has a 'collaboration' tab instead of 'discussion' or 'talk' etc. This is fine for mainspace things, but I don't feel it's appropiate for user pages and the like.

Make it possible for tabs to be different on different namespaces.

While this was vetoed by the devs for performance reasons on enwiki, it shouldn't be a problem on smaller wikis. Although don't hold me to that :D
