Hi!

Is it possible to start a new maling list?

Wikimedia Portugal has posted an English-language translation of
their new bylaws on Meta
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Portugal/Estatutos_2,
and have submitted them to Chapcom for initial review.

We need a way to more effectivly to communicate and I think a
mailing list would do the job.

Perhaps wikimediaPT-l ?
