Please create flag "autoeditor" with functions "autoreview", "autopatrolother" and "autoconfirmed". Flag is given and removed by administrators.
Also please disable function "autopromote" (needless) and remove flags "autopatroller" and "patroller" (needless too). Many thanks.

I have removed the Autopatroller and Patroller groups, as well as adding the Autoeditor groups with the rights specified. However, I do not see any setting enabled for autopromote for ruwikisource. Did you perhaps mean Autoconfirmed? Please advise.

There is no auto promotion enabled in flagged revisions for ruwikisource. Where are you seeing autopromotion?
