Remove Uncyclopedia from interwiki list

Description:
The English Wikipedia has a problem with inappropriate Uncyclopedia links being inserted into articles. This is particularly a problem when they are inserted as interwiki links, because this makes them hard to track down (we have [[Special:Linksearch]] for external links and [[Special:Whatlinkshere]] for internal links, but no equivalent for interwiki links). People seem intent on making an abuse filter for this ([[Wikipedia:Abuse filter/Requested#Uncy warning]], rather than a much simpler solution. In the few cases where Uncyclopedia needs to be linked to, this can easily be done as an external link; there is no need for an interwiki prefix.

(Frankly, there are many prefixes that shouldn't exist, and I don't at all understand the attitude "give it special linking status just because it happens to be a wiki", but the scope of this bug is limited to this particular one because it is actively causing problems).
