Dative case should be Вікіцитатам; locative: Вікіцитатах

The sitename as been changed to Вікіцитати and the namespace alias of ВЦ has been put in place for NS_PROJECT.

what was done "manually" _before_ sitename has been changed (who did that and for what purpose - another story).

The main issue is not "selfloopness" (mentioned above) of redirect but that content of the page disappeared to some black hole (meaning I'm unable to discover it by standard sysop tools).

2. We got «Обговорення Вікіцитатей» as the name of one of name spaces (namespace=5, see http://uk.wikiquote.org/w/index.php?namespace=5&days=300&limit=500&title=Спеціальна:RecentChanges ) instead of what should be «Обговорення Вікіцитат».

By the way, we do believe that info like

http://translatewiki.net/wiki/User:Ahonc/cases

have to be added to

http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/WikimediaMessages/WikimediaGrammarForms.php?annotate=49391

and (I guess) to some other places
to avoid such issues in the future.
