on ubuntu 8.04 with Firefox 3.0.10 - on the first play - scrubber does not move
open the test page
in Firefox 3.0.10 in Linux machine
the only engine available is : Generic ogg plug in
in the first full play of the clip the scrubber doesn't move in the progress bar
on the second full play it moves fine

We should not dispaly the playhead with genneric playback since there is no standard way to get at the time information if we don't know what underling playback system we are dealing with. Ie "genneric" could correspond to quicktime, totem, or VLC (any plugin that says it can play mime type video/ogg)
