Description

Per community discussion (please see the provided URL), I would like to request the addition of a new extra namespace on arwiki (Arabic Wikipedia).

Namespace name: "ملحق"
Talk namespace name: "نقاش الملحق"

This is not a content name. The namespace name in English means "supplement". It will be used for lists and pages about years (similar to Spanish Wikipedia). Bots will move these pages to the new namespace. Thanks.

Probably use ns 104/105 to match the eswiki Anexo & frwiki Référence namespaces.

Thank you for the quick fix but we have a problem. The name of the portal and portal talk namespaces changed on arwiki. This broke all links to these 2 namespaces. Please restore the correct namespace names.
