Description:
Enable Extension:Collection in he.wiki. I believe there is a problem with creating the PDF in Hebrew (RTL lang). I guess this needs to be fixed before the extension is enabled.

This is currently blocked on bug 17766 -- needs fixes to the PediaPress core rendering. Once fixed, go ahead and enable.
Adding in the dev pediapress team because this is blocked by 17766, and I cannot fix it until its done.
