Are there many pages on your wiki? Have you try changing the limit in MostRevisors.i18n.php for [[MediaWiki:Mostrevisors-limit-few-revisors]]?

As your wiki as 45k pages, you have to set [[MediaWiki:Mostrevisors-limit-few-revisors]] to something like 10 or more minimum revisors, otherwise there are too many pages to list.
